Terms and Conditions

To process your order Magnolia flowers will need details such as, your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, delivery address and your payment details.

Please note, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Contact us directly at the shop 0733665522.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received. To avoid delays please ensure your credit card number is entered correctly.

Please make sure you provide the correct delivery details. Magnolia flowers are not liable for any incorrect delivery information given. An incorrect delivery address may incur an additional re-delivery fee.

Cancelations - Should you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately directly at the shop on 0733665522. We regret we are unable to cancel or refund orders that have already been prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Refunds – Please call us within 48 hours if you wish to return a purchase for any reason or wish to make a complaint about an order, such requests will be treated sympathetically. Note: All orders placed over the telephone or internet are credited back the original card on which the order was purchased.

Delivery hours for Magnolia flowers are from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am – 12pm Saturdays. Magnolia flowers offers same day delivery for online orders submitted before 12pm Monday-Friday and 10am Saturday's. Magnolia cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every effort to do so, but cannot guarantee it.

Magnolia flowers is closed public holidays, we will deliver your order on the next business day. All orders placed after 10am Saturdays and at any time Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning. Please note, we do not deliver on public holidays except for Mothers day and Valentine’s day.

All prices are inclusive of GST and all prices are in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notification.

All bouquets, arrangements, pots, vases and plants are subject to availability. Appropriate substitutions may be made on flowers and foliage. Magnolia flowers reserves the right to substitute.
